ThermaDeck

ThermaDeck is a pre-manufactured floor system that is both strong and insulated.

It is available in three thickness options: 4.5 inches with R17 insulation, 6.5 inches with R26, and 8.25 inches with R35. The panels consist of engineered oriented strand board sheets that sandwich the insulating core into a solid structure. This design eliminates the need for expensive foundation work and reduces installation labor costs.

With a finished surface, ThermaDeck is ready for final flooring, whether you choose carpet, tile, laminate, or hardwood. Thanks to its natural strength, ThermaDeck can also be used as a roofing product, supporting exterior shingles and a variety of interior ceiling finishes.
