We hired sharpe construction to completely gut and rebuild our 100 year old farm house. we did this project long distance from ontario and talked to elwin and levi almost daily. elwin and levi are great to work with and had excellent advice on how to plan out the project and what materials to use. we were extremely pleased with their workmanship and expertise and would recommend them to anyone.

We bought a lovely old home and have done many renovations to it. we try to make each renovation fit the character of our home, rather than following home renovation trends. we have worked with a number of contractors but now hire sharpe construction for all of our home renovation projects. elwin and levi know why we like things to look "old fashioned" and they have worked with us to create the right look. we enjoy the working dynamics between elwin and levi. being a father and son team the approach projects with two different views and ideas providing different options for any project. we expect we will have sharpe construction work on many more projects for us in the future.

From business renovations to the insulation of a small pantry "the boys" are comfortable trowling a floor or shingling a roof , to finishing a bookshelf. they have always shown interest in my projects and they have made every effort to fit me into their schedule. sharpe construction deals with me in a fair and professional manner and i will continue to use them in the future.

Following the purchase of our land at lower darnley , pei ,in 2009 ,our next best decision was selecting sharpe construction of kensington , pei , to build our dream cottage .their input on the design and construction planning was very helpful and much appreciated , especially since most of our communications were from nova scotia and florida . they updated us regularly via e-mail or phone on progress , complete with pictures . and the cottage was completed on time and on budget .we would highly recommend elwin and levi sharpe for a quality job!

Levi Sharpe and his team of professionals did a fantastic job constructing our dream beach cottage. From the design to the finishing touches and all the steps in between, levi was always ready and available to answer all of our questions or concerns. as we reside in ontario, we were unable to watch the construction, the timely pictures e-mailed to us, gave us peace of mind, and enabled us to follow all the progress. we were very pleased with the attention to detail and quality of workmanship. we are looking forward to spending time in our new cottage. we highly recommend levi and sharpe construction
